“I visited this clinic a few weeks ago and left very disappointed. The massage therapists were excellent, but the front desk experience completely overshadowed my visit. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional, and could benefit from customer service and communication training. I'm not a confrontational person, so I simply left feeling upset.. I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the clinic. My face pillow had a musty smell, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. I believe the clinic would benefit from an unannounced inspection so its day-to-day standards can be properly assessed. “I bought a gift card for mom on mother's she recently tried to redeem gift card because she was in tremendous pain but they wouldn't honor it suggested that she photocopy the gift card but thats how they gave it to me it was a paper print out...😡and now I am 50$ less and no massage imagine getting a thoughtful gift for mom only for sun wellness to say she made photocopy lol what older women would do such a thing to finesse a free massage 🤣 do better! “I’ve been to this clinic several times, and on three different occasions I got sick with flu-like symptoms shortly after my massage. I can’t prove the cause, but it makes me question their sanitization practices. The massage therapists are excellent, but I had a very rude and unprofessional experience with one South Asian receptionist (I’m not sure of her exact background). Her customer service was disappointing and did not reflect a professional environment. Management and cleanliness standards need improvement. “I had such a great experience with Dr. Nasirul! The laser therapy treatments were amazing and really helped with my carpal tunnel syndrome recovery and overall pain management. Dr. Nasirul is extremely knowledgeable, informative, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly so you feel comfortable and confident in your treatment plan. “I’ve been coming here for a couple years and the service has always been amazing and the massages have been over the top! Today I had an hour massage with the therapist Summer and by far it has been the best experience yet! “I just finished a 90-minute massage therapy session with Song (Summer) Leng at Sun Wellness, and it was an excellent experience. I went in with significant neck and shoulder pain, and she did a wonderful job addressing those problem areas. Her technique was professional, attentive, and well-balanced—firm where needed and very relaxing overall. She took the time to understand my concerns and focused on relieving the tension effectively. “I am very disappointed with my recent experience. The front desk/reception did not disclose the full payment details before my massage. I was only informed about the extra charges after the service was done, which felt very misleading and unprofessional. Clear communication about pricing is basic customer service, and this lack of transparency made the whole experience frustrating. If I had known the actual cost upfront, I would have made a different decision. “I have been coming here for massages for the past five years and have always been satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, it seems the management has recently changed. As a long-time loyal client, the discounts I used to receive were suddenly dismissed and labeled as a “bargain” by the staff. The receptionist told me, “We don’t do bargains,” even though I was not bargaining. I was simply explaining that during my previous visit, another receptionist informed me I would only need to pay an additional $10 out-of-pocket after insurance. Today, however, the receptionist attempted to charge me $20 and made me feel like I was trying to negotiate something unfair. After she used the word “bargain,” I paid the remaining full price (27$)and thanked her despite feeling disrespected. Sadly, this will be my last visit after years of loyalty.”Read moreShow less

“Our initial assessment was very pleasant. My son was complaining about a pain in his hip/lower back area. Nasirul Islam diagnosed on the very first visit and came up with a stretching program to address the issue. Highly recommend”
