“I had my first visit to Ravines Dental Centre on July 10, 2026, for a dental cleaning appointment scheduled at 6:00 PM, and I am extremely pleased with the overall experience. Although the clinic was very busy that evening and I was seen around 6:45 PM, the staff handled the situation with exceptional professionalism. They were incredibly polite, courteous, and genuinely apologetic about the delay, which I greatly appreciated. Their caring attitude made the wait much more comfortable. The dentist was highly knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. The cleaning was performed thoroughly and with great attention to detail. The doctor took the time to ensure everything was done properly, and I left feeling confident that I had received excellent dental care. What truly impressed me was the clinic's commitment to customer service. As a thoughtful gesture for the delay, they waived my co-pay, which was completely unexpected and demonstrated how much they value their patients. This level of consideration and integrity is rare and speaks volumes about their dedication to patient satisfaction. From the friendly front-desk staff to the expert dental care, my entire experience was positive. I was so satisfied that I have already scheduled my next checkup and cleaning in six months, and I am looking forward to returning. “honest review. I have been having issues with a tooth for months. No one was accepting new patients till I found these guys. I highly recommend. They were very fast and good. I got in the same day I had called. The tooth was extracted with no pain. I will for sure being going back to Ravines Dental Centre for all of my dental work! “I called first thing on a Saturday morning hoping to be seen after my very old metal retainer broke and was extremely uncomfortable. I was thrilled to make the hour drive from the South Shore to have it fixed on a weekend. 10 minutes in the chair and tada! Fixed. Worth every minute of the drive. Dr. Ali and the staff were great. “Broke my molar late Saturday evening, came across Ravines dental while searching for a place to go as everything was closed. Sent a message around 11 pm and was called back around 9 am Sunday morning and had an appointment for 130 pm. I was skeptical as I have trouble with dental appointments especially X-rays. The assistant was Amazing and I mean AMAZING! She took her time with me and managed to get one perfect xray that even shocked me. She literally made it her mission ! The Dentist was just as amazing & patient with me. He thoroughly explained my options and we decided together my best option. I wish I remembered their names but trust me I'll remember them both. I can't recommend this clinic enough. 100 stars if I could give them.
