“When I went to Rapid Relief I was suffering with extreme lower back pain with extreme stiffness. They have great massages and physiotherapist Vidhi is excellent in her knowledge and job. Highly recommend!”

“I went to this clinic for physiotherapy in November and attended 3 sessions. Every time Receptionist told me that there is a technical error and she cannot do direct billing from insurance. So I paid the amount for all the sessions. My insurance did not process my claims so I suspected there is some issue and did not continue with Rapid relief physio. Until today my insurance has not processed my claim and I have been informed by my insurance company that this service provider is under review and upon completion of review my claim will be processed. So be careful.. Please check with your insurance before visiting, if this clinic and physiotherapist working in this clinic are authorized under your insurance or not. During my sessions I had no issues with treatment. My physio was good. But this place has no privacy as they have separated areas with curtains and you can hear other people conversing. Also it feels kind of depressing not relaxing during the treatment as they don’t play any music and you hear receptionists and other patients/people all the time during treatment.”Read moreShow less
