“I am a new patient at Rapha Dental. I got my 2nd app today. 1st it was a cleaning with a male hygienist. 1st time ever to have a male. Great experience. 2nd app was for a filling. “Been here since I was 7 with Doctor Young who was the best dentist I could have ever asked for as a child—looking back now. I’ve had a plethora of genetic issues with my teeth so I have seen the inside of a dentist office more times than 5 of your average people over a lifetime. Doctor Chan is absolutely a worthy replacement at this centre since Doctor Young’s retirement, and he truly cares about his patients. With how gentle he is in demeanour with me as an adult, I can only imagine how great he is with kids; helping people see that the dentist isn’t so scary, one kid at a time. Edit: now that I’m thinking about it, I was probably more like 5 when I started coming here. May as well be the dawn of time.”Read moreShow less

“Excellent care, especially pediatric. The staff are exceptional from reception to hygienists to dentists. The receptionist arranged for us to be seen much more quickly than expected being new patients. She called whenever there were cancellations too. Previously required referrals to pediatric dental specialists with significant additional costs despite dual coverage. No referrals needed here, they are highly skilled with kids.”Read moreShow less
