“I have been here twice so far for massage therapy and Rain Medi Spa has been great! Helpful, friendly staff and very good therapists. Today I had a treatment with Qin a.k.a Jessica and she was fantastic! Great pressure in her techniques and focused on all my problem areas. “I took my daughter to the Rain Spa for her birthday and it was honestly such a beautiful experience. From the moment we walked in, everything felt calm, peaceful, and so relaxing. The atmosphere was exactly what we needed—quiet, soothing, and just an overall vibe. The staff were welcoming and made sure we were comfortable the whole time, which made it feel even more special. It was the perfect way to slow down, unwind, and celebrate her day. “I am a former esthetician and registered massage therapist and I just want to say that my husband and I have been coming here for years because of the expectations that we have but also the service goes above and beyond ❤️ Min, Nancy, Angela, Sandra, Anna, Liliana, Melika have been wonderful attendants. We've purchased body massages, facials, pedicures, manicures, and I can't wait to get my hair done here! I just want to mention that if you are going to be late for your service, as someone who has worked in the industry, it is a very time sensitive appointment. There are other paying clients that are after you, so if you are going to be late please understand that your service/services will have to be cut short. If you want to enjoy the full experience, I suggest you allocate enough time. Yes I understand things happens but why does someone else's appointment have to start late because you didn't show up on time. “Don't come here unless you want average service for high prices. I came here with my mom to treat her to a spa day which she never had in 56 years I chose to get one of their spa packages (RAIN REFRESHER)for both of us and we got late due to traffic and we were still charged for 3 services ( 2 facials and 1 massage) full price for what we did not even use because they had my credit card on file so word of advice don't book in advance unless you want to loose your money due unforeseen circumstances. Also the lady giving my mother a manicure and pedicure just couldn't stop insulting my mother telling her how she should not do this to her nails and so forth. I was surprised that she had no professionalism. The pedicures didn't have any smells and were average at best. I have had better pedicures at smaller shops for way less price. Then my mother goes for massage and the massage therapist just basically rushes her in the room and tells her we are on a time limit so my mother couldn't relax because she had to think she was wasting this woman's time or she had somewhere else to be. All in all don't come here if you want to have a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience because you will leave feeling depressed that you could have used your money on something more useful.”Read moreShow less

“Came here on Feb 24th for my first massage ever and it was a great experience! All the receptionists were very kind and welcoming and helpful! The spa was very clean and had complimentary teas and water for you. I was very nervous getting my first massage ever and I looked at other google reviews and decided to book with Woo. She was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and always checked in with me during the massage to make sure the pressure she was using was alright! Oh also they have parking which is very helpful! “This is my favorite spa in Toronto with by far the best masseuse I've ever had by the name of Donald. Highly recommend his deep tissue massage. Also the owner Manni is fantastic and makes some of the best pickles you'll ever eat. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!! They offer everything when it comes to self care!
