Kim and her team are truly outstanding- 10 stars! The clinic is a beautiful, calm space, and from the moment you walk in you feel taken care of. I’ve been dealing with pain for a few decades and have seen so many of the top practitioners across the city — really — and nothing has come close to this experience. I came across Kim’s Instagram while looking for information on hypermobility and was lucky enough to get in to see her. She understands hypermobility in a way I haven’t encountered before. The way she assesses and explains things just makes sense, and for the first time I feel like my body is being looked at as a whole rather than in isolated parts. I also had the chance to do Pilates with one of her team members, and the space itself is incredible — full mountain views, floor-to-ceiling windows, and such a calm, open environment. It’s genuinely a pleasure to move and spend time there. I finally feel seen, and more importantly, I feel like I have a clear direction and a new way of being in my body. The approach is thoughtful, thorough, and grounded in a deep level of knowledge around chronic pain and hypermobility. I can’t recommend Kim and the clinic enough.

Jennifer took the time to evaluate all possibilities and do the hands on release work that I hadn't received anywhere else. She was kind, thoughtful, and engaged. I look forward to working with her more.

Jenn has been INCREDIBLE in helping me rehab my knee! Her expertise is obvious - needling, release work, strengthening. I love that she’s able to adapt her recommendations during the session. If a specific movement irritates my knee, she immediately provides an alternative exercise. She was great at providing recommendations for exercises at home as well. I'm so grateful!

I’ve been doing clinical pilates with Jenn for over a year and I can’t recommend her enough. She’s been a huge part of in recovering from the lingering effects of a major injury. Our sessions together always feel very thoughtful and individualized – she’s easily able to identify what we need to work on, and specifically caters it to my goals and lifestyle. I’m so pleased with the progress I’ve made – my strength, confidence, and connection to my body have improved so much. Plus, she’s also just a lovely warm person to spend an hour with. I’m so grateful for her help and would recommend her to anyone looking for a physiotherapist.

Jennifer is amazing! She really takes the time to understand what’s going on and has helped me so much with my lower back pain. I always feel supported and see real improvement after each session. Highly recommend!

I've been seeing Kim for years, and she is the very definition of a healer. She never fails to alleviate my pain and to provide me with meaningful steps to prevent repeat injuries. Recently, I also started working with Neil as my personal trainer. Neil is very client-focused. He has built routines which challenge me and build my strength in line with my goals, while also encouraging me to continue my growth.

I honestly don’t even know where to start. I’ve seen everyone — physios, chiros, physiatrists, trainers, specialists, you name it — and like so many hypermobile people, I’d gotten used to leaving appointments feeling dismissed or like it was all in my head. When a colleague recommended Kim, I’ll admit I was skeptical. But from the first session… I was blown away. I’ve never had an appointment this thorough, this long, or this focused on me as a whole human. She didn’t just look at my sore bits — she connected all the dots that no one else ever has. Kim actually understands hypermobility, being hypermobile herself and it was a relief talking to someone who has lived experience. . She made me laugh, explained everything in a way that finally made sense, and treated me like a person, not a puzzle no one wants to solve. I felt genuinely cared for, listened to, and supported — which, honestly, is rare. I walked in skeptical. I walked out with hope (and an actual plan that works). If you’re hypermobile and exhausted from dead-end appointments, go see Kim. She’s the real deal.

I've been having this elbow pain for two years despite seeing various physio therapists and specialists there has been no improvement. I've only recently seen Kim for three sessions and the range of motion has improved a lot. Kim is very experienced and she was able to find the root cause of the pain instead of just focusing on the pain point. She analyzed my body movement as a whole and was able to identify the source of the pain. I'm very glad that I have finally found somebody who could help me! I highly recommend Kim's practice as you can trust you are in good hands with Kim!

After years of discomfort and chronic back pain, Kim was able to help me correct my body alignment, advise on maintenance movements and exercises, and better understand my body and the major root causes. She’s not only extremely experienced and diligent in her work, she is a true pleasure to work with!! I am so grateful to have found Kim and would recommend her to everyone.

Working with Kim has been such a positive experience. She makes it easy to feel comfortable and takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. I always feel like I’m part of the process rather than just being treated. As someone with hypermobility, it means a lot to be supported by a practitioner who not only understands it clinically, but also lives with it herself. She’s been helping me work through injuries while also giving me the tools to help prevent future issues, which is just as important.
