“Great experience overall. The staff were very welcoming and professional, and the hygienist did an excellent job with my cleaning while also making the appointment feel comfortable and relaxed with great conversation. The dentist took time to clearly explain my x-ray results in simple terms, which I really appreciated. The office is very clean and modern, the pricing is reasonable, and I also received a thoughtful first time patient gift. I chose the electric toothbrush and it is excellent quality. “Super accommodating, cheerful, and professional staff, who genuinely work to welcome you regardless of how less-than-communicative you may’ve been in kind! The clean I got last time was phenomenal, despite my having made it considerably overdue, but wasn’t at all painful, either, and was very considerately, consentingly carried out, even so as to accommodate a time constraint which only I, again, brought about. I can’t wait for my next appointment, coming up soon, not incidentally! Their being right in the Eaton Centre doesn’t hurt transit- and accompanying-activities–wise, either ;) And yet? “I absolutely love this clinic so much - as some who hates the dentist. I have gone to this clinic as I was a student at TMU, and every staff member was so nice, warm and made me feel really comfortable with every visit. “I had a really great experience at RU Smiling Dental. The clinic is clean, modern, and the staff are genuinely welcoming from the moment you walk in. Dr. Lana was absolutely wonderful patient, gentle, and very thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the appointment. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their comfort. Overall, the service was professional, efficient, and stress-free. “Horrible horrible staff and management! They always kept spamming me with calls and voicemails and emails and text messages to push appointments on me or to confirm a single appointment 10 times spamming me with unnecessary amounts of calls and messages at random times when i was working. I told them I wasn’t comfortable with that and they should just email me instead. Every time they said yes we understand and then they kept calling me like nothing happened!!! To the point that I told them to just delete my contact entirely and then again had them make up and appointment time for me and call me again like nothing happened. If you want to get appointments too sometimes they twll you to come in at a certain hour and when tou go they day they didn’t confirm it or something unacceptable. Bot well trained or managed well is the nicedt way to put it. It’s a whole mess and you can’t ever get rid of them. I blocked them on everything so they don’t disturb me at this point!! I really didn’t want to have to look for a new dentist but I don’t want to worry about made up appointments or a series of unwanted calls and messages during work. They also have problems with booking the appointments and long story short the customer service is just horrific Response to the reply of my review: I did ask the staff to remove me from calls and texts over 5 times. Each time they said they will make sure the don’t call me snd that they had entered it on my profile ,and yet they called me again. Sometimes not only one staff member but 2 would call on 2 differenr days back to back. It just shows how disorganized they are. I don’t think it’s a problem with the system it’s just the staff is very mismanaged. It should’ve been otherwise very easy to save me all this headache and just stick to my preference.Anyways hope you incorporate the feedback and I’m also freed from this loop of conversations. “Sabrina is an incredible dental hygienist! She was extremely thorough and truly went above and beyond to ensure my teeth were properly cleaned. I’ve never had an experience like this before. She was so thoughtful and even offered Vaseline, which made such a difference in comfort.
