The therapist did the bare mimimum that was required, & the injury never got better. I waited longer than the treatments and the treatments are ultrasound and a heat pad (bare bones for physio). Appointments were randomly moved without consent by email. I'm going elsewhere. I did adress the issue with the offie and got no response. It was for my child, and then when I cancelled they repeatedly tried to get my 12 year old on the phone to talk to him dispite me saying he's not avaliable. Overall flabergasted at the service and administration.

Receptionist was really friendly and approachable, and the physiotherapist who saw me was exceptionally helpful and informative. So glad I decided to visit this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Janie, Noble and the other receptionist deserve 5 stars! They are great! The physiotherapist Mariam was A.W.F.U.L! 10:37am was my arrival time. Let me start with the first day I had my appointment. I waited 30 minutes to be seen, I was given a self assessment that took me 5-7 minutes to complete! I ended up waiting about 20 minutes total in the treatment room. Finally she returned. We began assessment of my injury *on my knee*. It appeared as though we were guessing and gambling with my injury. While being assessed, a staff member kept running in and out of the room, knocking, talking with the door open while I was on the bed, facedown. This wouldnt be an issue is there clientele didnt have to walk past the door in order to get to reception. Also chairs are placed in either side of the door. I was told that I tore a mucle and not the meniscus. I can accept that answer but then suddenly Inwas told I have issues with a disc in my back and a nerve as well. I was off of work during this time without pay as well. I required an FAF (Funtional Abilities Form) my boss requested this. The PT refused to do it that day. She said she needed many sessions before she could give an FAF. So I have never injured myself before to the point where I needed physio. So I let my employer know, esentially Inwas told the FAF was required before I could return. So I had to almost beg to get this FAF filled out to see if I could atleast work on modified duties. I got my FAF what was needed, I have now stopped going to Quinte Physio and wouldnt recommend it to anybody. The Physiotherapist is really the issue in this office. They need a replacement whos competant, confident and understands! I then left my appointment at 1:10pm as well!

My wife, Carolyns' experience with Quinte Physiotherapy Clinic: "The receptionist, Janie was very understanding and set an assessment appointment with Mariam. Having the results of my x-ray with me, treatment with Noble was booked. Most helpful and understanding staff made my days enjoyable. Having more mobility, less discomfort has greatly improved my daily routine. I would recommend Quinte Physiotherapy".

I had my first session with Noble this week and I have to say it went well. He was courteous, compassionate, and did not (like some reviews on this site) just hand me an exercise sheet. He did other services and offered to walk me through my exercises to give me more confidence to do my homework. A wonderful experience and I do recommend him.

My daughter has been going to see Joseph and I could not be happier. He is patient kind and caring, and his willingness to adapt to a child's specific needs was wonderful to witness!

Very thorough and good at explaining things

Waited 30 minutes beyond my appointment time and had to say something. Watched during that time the level of care people were getting, not impressed. Given exercise sheet. I will give it one more chance.

Went for 2 months on a weekly basis for multiple issues and with diligent exercises done at home I can say it’s the first time in years u haven’t had a headache and my shoulder actually moves again . I am happy with the treatment I received and I recommend

They don't physically touch you just hand you a copy of exercise, your there for 20 mins Max's, the physiotherapy is ignored doesn't let you speak agrues back with you. I would suggest you pay for physiotherapy else cause funding from government these people don't care.
