“I’ve been dealing with ridiculous knee pain for over a year and finally diagnosed with a many issues in my knee. I was a bit mortified that I have to wear a brace but Mikaela was incredibly reassuring that I would get used to it, that I would not be heavy or bulky and she was right. This is only my first day, but she made me feel really comfortable, explained everything succinctly, and was very kind. “First visit so I arrived 15 minutes early because I respect the surgeon’s time. Sat for an hour and a half waiting just to get to the doc’s office. My time was not respected. Disappointing. In all I was there for 2 hours and saw the doc 5 minutes.”

“Have seen Austin for the past couple weeks after my second surgery for separated shoulder. Austin has been fantastic in working with me to regain R.O.M. Am finally seeing some progress after 6 LONG months of stagnant progress. I now have hope that I can get back to where I was with Austin's professional guidance. Hes really taken the time to understand where i want to get to and he's taking all the necessary steps to get me there. Appreciate his "no nonsense approach" and holds me accountable for doing my exercises at home and in clinic. “I am a 53 year old male in relatively good shape. I had left distal bicep tendon repair surgery following a sports injury. In the same event, I also strained my right MCL. Theresa Burke from Quinte Ortho has been working with me to rehab both injuries. She has been fantastic. Post bicep surgery, I had very little strength remaining in my left arm. Over the past six weeks I have recovered full mobility and 80% strength. My right MCL, which used to be in constant pain like a knife was stuck in there, is dramatically improved. The facility is modern and the pacing has been exceptional. Quality of care has been great including acupuncture, stim treatment, resistance and flexibility exercises. The front staff is gracious and courteous. Bookings are simple with reminders and appointments linked to my calendar. This is the level of care you would expect in our beautiful country.
