“I've been a start and stop chiropractic patient for years since I suffered a compressed lower disc. Start when it hurts, stop when it doesn't. I've been to a few chiropractors over the years and always felt like just another number. Then my daughter recommended Dr. Adam. No more start and stop for me. I've been seeing Adam for over two years now, and I will continue to do so. He diagnosed my condition and explained it to me thoroughly. He adjusts his treatments to deal with my specific needs, from chiropractic adjustments to acupuncture and physical therapy exercises. No more pain! And the treatment doesn't end when I walk out the door. He sends me information and video links to exercise/stretching routines that will benefit me and my condition. He genuinely cares about his clients. He's a wealth of knowledge and information, and always has time to chat. I consider him a friend. I'm looking forward to golfing this season! “I have been taking my dog to see Adam on a regular basis for several years and he’s excellent. Adam is caring with my dog and she is very comfortable at her visits. He explains things to me about what he finds and also makes recommendations for care between visits. My dog is active and does things at 100%. Adam’s manipulations keep her feeling good and allow any issues that may come up to be dealt with before they develop into something more serious. I highly recommend Adam!”Read moreShow less

“Dr Adam is by far the very best at what he does! He makes you feel like family at every adjustment. I work a physical job and he keeps me in top working form, from adjustments to acupuncture- he’s top notch! He knows my husband and I so well now we consider him family! “I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Adam since he began his service in Newmarket many years ago. After a few adjustments, I mentioned to Dr. Adam about the pain in my knees due to arthritis. I had already had a visit with the knee surgeon. That's when Dr. Adam suggested acupuncture for my knees. After a few treatments, the pain was much less severe and eventually, the swelling disappeared. I used to go for a monthly treatment, but now, I do not feel a need for anymore treatments! I am so pleased with his service and now my husband and my grandsons all go to have adjustments with Dr. Adam. “I have been going to Dr Adam since I met him at our Probus club 3 or so years back. I am a senior who has painful joint issues and Dr Adam helps make it more manageable.
