“There’s bodywork that helps you feel better… and then there’s bodywork that somehow opens a portal... That was my experience with Adriana. I went in for a stretch and alignment session and left realizing my body had been holding things that were ready to be seen, felt and processed. The way Adriana worked with my body—stretching, opening, aligning and creating space—felt like opening a portal into something much deeper. What followed was some pretty profound emotional and spiritual processing that I don’t think my mind could have accessed on its own. Given the work I do, I’m fascinated by the relationship between psyche, soma and soul, and I really believe healing becomes so much more powerful when we stop treating them as separate things.
