“I had a routine cleaning at Qualicum Dental this morning. They used a new piece of equipment called an Air Polisher. My teeth feel great. The Air Polisher was noticeably quieter and faster. The staff was welcoming and friendly as always.”

“I truly cannot express the depth of my gratitude for Qualicum Dental and Dr. Jag. My nine-year-old daughter urgently needed dental care, and after getting the runaround elsewhere, I was feeling stressed, frustrated, and honestly pretty helpless as a parent. From the first phone call, Qualicum Dental was different. The front desk was calm, patient, professional, and kind, and that alone made a very overwhelming situation feel manageable. When we arrived, the office was clean, welcoming, and comforting. The staff treated both my daughter and myself with genuine care and respect. Dr. Jag was gentle, reassuring, and incredibly well-directed with her throughout the appointment. They were able to maintain a child’s ability to stay calm, be in the moment, and feel safe through a procedure that could have easily felt overwhelming. The ability to have a nine-year-old go through a root canal and walk out of the chair smiling truly speaks for this review itself. I am beyond impressed and ecstatic with the outcome. The care was friendly, professional, compassionate, and exactly what we needed. Thank you to Qualicum Dental, Dr. Jag, and the entire team for helping my daughter, for easing my worry, and for giving this mother some much-needed peace of mind. “Dr. Jag Shoker, Erin the Hygienist and all the staff at Qualicum Dental were simply amazing! I had a bit of an emergency and they were able to get me in quickly. Dr. Shoker was just so lovely and kind, and did such an amazing job helping me. He is extremely professional and quick, but also puts you at ease with his kindness! Erin the Hygienist was also wonderful - friendly, professional and very funny! They are a great team. Ainsley, was also so great and I appreciated her kind energy.
