“Terribly managed facility. The STAFF nurses, dietary aids, care aids, and Physicians are fine. But patient and staff safety is lacking, understaffed in every corner, and unprofessional practice secondary to staff having no choice but to work beyond their comfort zone or training, and/or physical and mental capacity. These are issues, in my opinion, secondary to terrible management. My attending physician - lovely, but overworked, my nurses - kind but drowning in too much work, the aid staff and dietary were a breath of fresh air and wonderful.
