“I saw Kevin in December, arriving as a somewhat reluctant patient. After two years of nursing a leg injury, I finally realized I needed professional help. I am extremely satisfied with Kevin's knowledge and thorough examination and explanation of what was going on with my muscles and then his exercise recommendations which really worked. “When you attend qathet Physiotherapy you always feel welcomed by friendly & efficient receptionists. The clinic is exceptionally clean, provided with up-to date equipment and tastefully decorated. I have been treated by Kevin Turpin since 2014 when I severely broke my elbow. My surgeon was doubtful I would regain normal function and was delighted to see my recovery thanks to the amazing care I received. Over the years Kevin also worked on other issues I've had and has proven his many attributes. He is extremely professional, skilled, knowledgeable, caring, adds a sense of humour & is an awesome individual. Kevin is well suited to his chosen profession and is dedicated, diligent & has shown a very high level of integrity. Kevin works on your emotional as well as your physical needs. It is a trying time when you have suffered an injury and he is there with you every step of the way offering many different treatments including dry needling. The on-line support he offerered during the time of covid was a good option and helpful. As an older person I really appreciate his patience and the encouragement he gives me. I am personally so thankful for his success regarding the vestibular condition I've been dealing with. It has made a remarkable difference in my life. During my treatments with Kevin following a car accident I was involved in I also had the pleasure of working with Alex. She is a very sweet and talented physiotherapist. “My experience with Powell River Physiotherapy has been nothing but positive from the warm reception, cleanliness of the clinic, the website and ease of making and confirming appointments. Kevin Turpin explained the anatomy and physiology of the hip joint, osteoarthritis, and impending joint replacement therapy. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly. Realistic expectations in healing were well explained. I am now 14 weeks post op and with Kevin's guidance and zeroing in on what I need to focus on, I am well on my way to a great recovery! Kevin's sense of humor also made the sessions enjoyable as well as therapeutic! I highly recommend this physio clinic!”
