“I literally popped in this afternoon to see if they could do a quick fix on a pair of wire frame glasses, one of the little screws had fallen out. The gal & young man that were in there could not have been more helpful & pleasant. My glasses were fixed & no charge. I will definitely be going back for any future eye exams or needs. Check them out, lovely people & a great experience.”

“I don't usually leave reviews but this place is worth the time to do so!!! First, the customer service is amazing....Ana is patient and helpful on knows her stuff! But not only is the staff in general great ...the glasses I had made the (progressives) were perfect. I have used progressives for years but this is the first time I had them made and I can see 100%. Thank-you to everyone at PUZZLED LOOKS!!!!”

“Recently I had an eye exam and ordered two sets of glasses -- one for computer use and another set of progressive lens for regular use. Everything went smoothly. I was treated well by everyone there. The pleasant woman at the front desk told me the progressive lenses would arrive in ten business days, and the computer glasses possibly sooner. Both arrived exactly as planned and both are a good fit. On another note, when I initially went in without an appointment because the frames had broken on my former glasses, the woman at the front desk kindly taped them together for me so I could use them while waiting for the new ones. I am completely satisfied.”

“I have been going to Puzzled Looks for the past decade and I love it! I do eye checkups once a year and pick up my contacts regularly and I’ve never had an issue. Super easy to pick up and order. I came by recently about one of the arms on my glasses being broken and they took it in and fixed it as best as they could. Sadly, the other arm broke as well so I just replaced the entire frame and they offered a discount for me. Very pleased with the service and how friendly the lady is at the front. Definitely recommend to anyone who is based in North Vancouver!!”

“Terrible experience! I had a decent experience during my eye exam, but everything changed once I said I wouldn’t be buying glasses from them. When I called to ask for my prescription which I had already paid for they flat-out refused to give it to me unless I ordered glasses through them. The receptionist was argumentative, and kept saying the doctor was "not available." It was obvious they were just trying to pressure me into spending more money. Completely unprofessional and unethical behavior. Patients deserve transparency and respect not manipulation. I do not recommend this clinic.”

“From the moment I stepped into this lovely store I was greeted with masked friendly faces which made me feel safe. I was taken care of from the exam to the search for new pair of glasses. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such incredible excellent customer service and amazing value, I got two pairs of glasses here, and was super impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff and the manager, They gave me their opinions and didn't shy away from telling me when something just didn't suit me, I think I tried on the whole store before finding my pair of glasses but the whole time the staff were very supportive and helped provide the feedback I was looking for in choosing, The store was very well stocked with glasses nicely displayed. The staff and doctor were exceptional and the eye exam very thorough, It made for a fun experience, The store was a bit busy when I was there, but the team was able to serve the customers in a professional and polite manner, which is awesome to see while we’re all struggling with the new normal of COVID, 5 star all the way and I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for new frames and I will definitely be going back. Thank you for such a great experience.”
