Thank you very much to Matthew Castelnuovo for my treatment and program. I was pain-free within days of seeing him. I'm truly glad I didn't wait any longer to make an appointment. I highly recommend Matthew for physio at Push Pounds Sports Medicine.

I absolutely loved working with Push Bounds! Their team is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They supported me every step of the way throughout my journey with a herniated disc and my post-operative rehabilitation. A special thank you to Dr. Said and Sonia for their exceptional care and encouragement. Sonia constantly pushed me, believed in me, and motivated me to regain my muscle strength and confidence. Their dedication truly made my recovery so much easier. I highly recommend Push Bounds to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and effective rehabilitation care. Thank you for everything!

Had a great experience coming to push pounds as I had issues with my right knee. I got introduced to Jesse Schmid and we hit it off right away about figuring out what was wrong with my knee. He made a plan on exercises to help rebuild it and going in 1 a month for 3 months got me back to full health. I'm playing soccer again with my son and it's great. Highly recommend. Ask for Jesse S.

A Decisive Victory Over 10 Years of Chronic L4-S1 Pain "I am writing this to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Freddy Sayde and my massage therapist, Helen Li. After struggling with chronic lower back pain (L4-S1) for nearly 10 years, I have finally found a team that delivers real, life-changing results. Dr. Freddy Sayde is a master of regenerative medicine. His PRP treatment, combined with advanced technology like Tecar and SIS, has been a miracle. In just 5 weeks, the persistent 'pulling sensation' that haunted me for a decade is completely gone. My driving endurance has doubled, and I can now walk 5,000+ steps at the grocery store with zero discomfort. I also want to give a special shout-out to Helen Li. Her diagnostic touch is incredible. In just one session, she was able to pinpoint the exact injured muscles that were causing my pain—correcting years of my own misconceptions about where the injury actually was. Her precision and manual therapy were the 'missing link' in my recovery. If you are a chronic pain sufferer who feels hopeless, do not hesitate. See Dr. Sayde for PRP and work with Helen for targeted therapy. They are the gold standard of care. I am now confidently looking forward to my half-marathon in October!"

Dr. Russell at Push Pounds Clinic played a key role in helping me get back to playing soccer after a right rectus femoris tear. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to my recovery made a huge difference throughout the process. After months of waiting for an MRI and eventually receiving the difficult news that surgery wasn’t an option for the tear, I was fortunate to be introduced to the team at Push Pounds. Their approach to rehabilitation was excellent, and my recovery ended up being faster than I expected. The exercises Dr. Russell recommended not only helped my injury heal but also made me feel sharper and fitter when I returned to playing. I still incorporate many of those exercises into my regular gym routine today. Highly recommend!

I recently did a DEXA scan here and I went in mostly out of curiosity about body composition and body fat percentage rather than with a lot of prior knowledge. The scan itself provides a lot of insightful information. However, I found the explanation from the doctor to be lacking. The video that was linked in the follow-up email actually ended up being far more helpful for understanding the results. The room setup also made it difficult to follow along. The monitor displaying the scan was probably 10+ feet away from the patient chair, the lights were off, and I couldn’t see anything on the screen while the doctor was talking through the results. When I pointed this out, the response was essentially “you can stand closer,” but it wasn’t communicated in a very personable way. Overall, the doctor gives off very “chill” vibes, but the communication and explanation of each part of scan was quite poor.

Dante is an outstanding trainer. He consistently challenges me with varied, well-programmed workouts that have noticeably improved my strength. He’s engaging, motivating, and keeps me accountable. Working with him has been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. Highly recommend.

Working with Dante Buddhan has been a game-changer. Coming off knee surgery, I needed more than a standard training program. I needed someone who understood injury management, progressive loading, and long-term performance. Dante has been amazing at designing and adjusting my strength work around a complex knee issue, making real-time modifications based on how my body responds. His depth of knowledge in strength, conditioning, mobility, and injury prevention is impressive. Every session is purposeful, so if you’re serious about performance, recovery, and doing things the right way, Dante is far beyond your average personal trainer.

I'm a senior using a cane with osteoarthritis following a knee injury. I got an NSTRIDE injection yesterday afternoon and I woke up today with zero pain and a normal looking leg (not swollen). Wow. The process was comfortable, from Pam's blood draw to Dr Sayde's injection of my own blood's protein to the knee cavity. I'm glad I take a plant-based protein drink + protein bar (later in the day). Apparently my protein levels were helpful. Everyone was friendly, extremely competent and kind. I'm so glad I got INSTRIDE and use the physiotherapist services there!!

Less than 2 years ago I sustained catastrophic injuries due to a motorcycle accident. After lots of research, I decided this is the team I wanted to work with during my recovery. Thanks to Josh, and all the other staff including the receptionist, I was able to start physiotherapy right away and start making gains immediately. Within a matter of weeks, I was out of my wheelchair and on to crutches, and eventually back to walking with out any mobility devices. Considering I had open fractures of the tibia/fibula, two broken arms, and much more, it was very important to me that I was in the right hands. Without this team I wouldn’t have made a full recovery. Now I’m back to normal life, resuming all activities that I enjoyed before. Highly recommended!! 5+ stars!!
