Telehealth visits are available to any patients in Alberta that are unable to attend in-person. Please contact us to make arrangements.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend, please contact us by 2pm the day prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to offer the appointment to someone on our waiting list. Those that cancel late or do not show up for an appointment will be charged a cancellation fee.
Please note that our clinic does NOT treat Workers Compensation Board (WBC) injuries

Initial Assessment and Treatment: appointment is for anyone new to the clinic or who has not been in for more than six months. You will find additional categories for specialized services.
Subsequent Treatment: follow up visits are for active patients whose injuries have been recently treated or assessed in the past six months, therefore they do not require an Initial Assessment and Treatment. Please note, if you are attending for a different injury than previously, you should book an Initial Assessment and Treatment.

“I've been attending Pursuit Physiotherapy clinic since 2013, and I can't recommend it highly enough! My treatment sessions with Nicki, particularly the IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation) therapy, have been incredibly effective. Nicki is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also compassionate and attentive, making each session both productive and comfortable. The clinic itself has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Specifically, I want to mention that Nicki, Mary & Cara have made a real impact on my recovery journey over the years. I also appreciate learning the daily stretches & exercises that are just right for me to do at home. It's always inspiring to see the positive effects of expert care! I get dry needling done here for some of my injuries, I had dry needling done in few different places, and honestly… seeing Dianne here to help me just to recoup and calm down my pains again, has been life changing for me. So forever thank you. The front staff are friendly and efficient. I’ve seen Lynsey here when Dianne was away and she was very helpful and knowledgeable as well.
