“I booked a treatment at Pureté Medical Spa through ClassPass for 10 units. When I arrived, I was told that 10 units were basically unusable on their own and that I had to purchase additional units directly from the spa in order to even use what I had already paid for through ClassPass. I felt completely misled. When I asked why they advertise 10-unit services on ClassPass if they aren’t actually enough for a treatment, they openly admitted it was promotional and meant to bring people into the business. They also said they make “zero money” from ClassPass. I suggested that this should be clearly disclosed on the ClassPass listing so customers understand what they are signing up for beforehand, but they refused. Instead, I was told I could not purchase another 10 units through ClassPass and had to buy the extra units directly from them or I would lose the units I already paid for. At that point, I felt trapped because cancelling would have resulted in a ClassPass penalty fee, and I had already driven an hour through traffic to get there. The entire experience felt extremely uncomfortable, misleading, and humiliating. Both the nurse in charge and the manager handled the situation very poorly. Transparency matters, and customers should know upfront if the advertised service cannot realistically be used without additional mandatory purchases.”Read moreShow less

“I had the Potenza skin tightening treatment at Pureté Medical Spa and am thrilled with the results and overall experience. I wanted to improve firmness and skin texture, the treatment was professional and well explained from start to finish. The nurses were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, reassuring and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment.
