“Neha's in-home assistance with setting up my workspace for ergonomics was an absolute game-changer! I had contacted Purely Occupation Therapy looking for an OT because of arm pain due to my incorrect desk setup. Her expertise and attention to detail provided a roadmap to promote well-being and productivity while working from home. She worked with the equipment I already have and made recommendations on improvements to my current setup. The recommendations were realistic and budget friendly. She also provided me with some stretches (as an email and 1 page print out for reference) that could be done at my desk and went over them with me. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience not only efficient but also enjoyable. Thanks to Neha's expertise, I now work in a space that supports my physical well-being and gives me a peace of mind that I am not damaging my body in the long term.
