“Maureen and Silvana are both a joy to be around! Maureen has always been very helpful in answering my preliminary questions, setting me up with intake forms, and scheduling appointments. When I walk in, or talk on the phone, it feels like reconnecting with old friends! Silvana truly changed my life by being extremely patient and gentle with me. This was a relief after visiting proctologists who caused pain during exams, not understanding how to work slowly with my tight pelvic floor muscles. Silvana also thoughtfully answers my questions. I definitely appreciate the difference when I complete my exercises at home that I was encouraged to maintain. “I saw Silvana every 1-2 weeks for about 8 months postpartum and I’m so glad I did! She helped me strengthen my pelvic floor & core and worked on my tailbone as it was injured. She is a wonderful person and I always felt comfortable during my appointments. I was also able to bring my little one into the office which was perfect as I didn’t have anyone to watch her.
