“I had an amazing experience with Realyn! She was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The clinic was spotless, clean, and had such a relaxing atmosphere, which made the whole experience even better. I also really appreciated that she let me choose the massage oil, which was a thoughtful personal touch. During the session, she focused on the areas that needed the most attention, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. “I had a massage with Janice RMT at Pure Bodywork Wellness, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. The space was clean and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming the moment I walked in. I also met Realyn, who was very warm and personable. The appointment started on time and communication was excellent. Everything was explained clearly before we started, and Janice checked in about pressure and comfort throughout, which I really appreciated. “I've been coming to Realyn for massage regularly for a number of months now, and I really love it here! She does an excellent massage, and does some touches I've never seen at other massage clinics, like removing oil with a warm towel. She tailors the massage to whatever I'm feeling that day, and regularly checks in if I want more or less pressure. Everyone at the clinic is warm and friendly, and the space is always clean. Genuinely the best massage I’ve had in the city, I’m not exaggerating. The space itself is so nice! super clean, calming vibes, dim lighting, smells amazing when you walk in. I booked a deep tissue massage with Janice and she’s INCREDIBLE. She actually took the time to ask about my problem areas and pressure before we started, which I really appreciated. “I had an amazing experience at Pure BodyWork Wellness. It was my first visit and I was greeted with such great hospitality and warmness. The place smells amazing and was extremely tidy. The RMTs were super friendly. I did a 60 min full body massage with Realyn and she was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Also she was very professional and I appreciate them asking for consent before beginning—a very nice touch. She would check in throughout the massage to see if everything was okay and I really appreciated that. They also offer different aromas and that alone already made me want to come back lool. I left feeling rejuvenated and wanting to stay longer. I really love that they do direct billing to your insurance and it was very convenient and hassle-free. “I booked a last-minute hot stone massage. The staff on the phone were kind and professional, and the clinic itself was very clean. I also really liked the layout of the space. Unfortunately, the massage itself wasn’t very enjoyable for me. A lot of oil was used, and the technique felt more like gliding than an actual massage. While the stones were pleasantly hot, the way they were used wasn’t to my liking. Instead of being incorporated into the massage, it felt like most of the session involved sliding the stones across my body. A complimentary aromatherapy option was offered, but it appeared to only involve briefly smelling the chosen essential oil before the massage started. I expected the scent to be incorporated more into the treatment. There were a few moments that felt nice, but overall I left feeling really disappointed. I was also covered in a lot of oil by the end, which I didn’t enjoy. For those considering the hot stone option, I personally wouldn’t recommend it. “Love the RMTs here. They’re super nice and always make sure you know the fees beforehand. The place is so clean and smells amazing. They take the time to explain what they’re doing and always ask for consent, which I really appreciate. They also do direct billing, so it’s hassle-free. Plus, there’s 20% off for first-timers, making the 90-minute massage great value. I’ve been to a lot of massage places, even overseas, and this is honestly one of the best. Janice was my RMT and she was amazing. My husband had Realyn, and he said she’s super knowledgeable and explained his tension points really well.
