“I have spinal stenosis and some mobility issues. I was at my wits end on what to do. Physio was helping but I needed more than that. I discovered osteopath and tried it. Lisa listened to my concerns and what areas hurt. She worked her magic. I was very pleased with the out come. I have had many treatments so far and will continue them. She offers great advice. “I have had migraines several times a week for years. Chiropractor and RMT would only ease the frequency for so long and the migraines and/ neck pain would often return with a vengeance. I went to Pure Balance Osteopathy and Lisa was able to treat me right away. My last migraine was almost 3 months ago now! While my neck pain still returns, it is much less in severity and when I go get a chance to be treated, the relief lasts longer each time. I highly recommend Lisa!
