“Charged cancellation fee to attend my mom’s chemotherapy session! Very disappointed in the Spa!I regularly booked massages for pregnancy and wanted to book for postpartum. I scheduled at midnight and meant to book for the following Monday instead of this Monday. I called to let them know that my mom has chemotherapy today and am unable to go and meant to book for the following Monday. They automatically responded stating that I’ll be charged a cancellation fee as there is no one to replace the spot. I’m not sure how someone can book that spot between midnight to 10 am. Either way I am very disappointed in the spas decision as they lost a good client. I am covered by insurance but it’s the principal of the matter. Where’s your empathy and human side. I understand it’s a business but events such as this should be an exception. Would NOT recommend!”Read moreShow less

“2 stars for the ambiance. 0 for the massage. I feel worse and in so much more pain since my massage with Stephanie. Never again. Go elsewhere for a proper massage that doesnt leave you writhing for a week with likely a now pinched nerve.”

“I had a scalp treatment today with Meryn and it was fantastic, worth every penny! I’ve had “head spa” treatments other places before and was underwhelmed so went into the session today quite skeptical. I was blown away by the experience and the care and attention Meryn gave. “I've been here many times now. It's a beautiful, calm place - what I think most people are looking for in a spa/massage destination. And, the masseuses are top notch. I see Joanna regularly and she is deeply knowledgeable and very skilled, but, on my journey to her I tried five others her who brought a different set of skills and techniques. “One of the very best massage experiences I have ever had! The ambience and room are excellent - clean and modern with a touch of classic elegant elements. I had a prenatal massage and Stephanie was fantastic at ensuring I was comfortable and really worked at releasing my tension and working on my problem areas. They also offer spa treatments.
