“To say I'm beyond grateful for the psynergy centre and all of the wonderful staff here is an understatement. I recently moved to M.H. and was so lucky to have been taken on by Ana. When I first walked into Psynergy, I was genuinely welcomed by Kathleen,(the administrative associate ) who's warmth & kindness made me feel comfortable. My experience with Ana~Ana's knowledge, and different therapeutic approaches have really been a light in some dark times. She is helping me understand, and work through some heavey work/occupational traumas, using a variety of different modalities and tools. Ana's compassion, patience & SINCERE care for my well being and recovery are felt and appreciated. I can't forget Bina, the beautiful, loving therapy dog that has been such a source of grounding and comfort during my sessions. Psynergy has numerous staff &therapeutic approaches, ranging from psychology, psychotherapy, reiki, vagal toning (work on your vagus nerve/ nervous system), acupuncture, Registered massage therapy and so much more . I am truly thankful to have such a wonderful team of amazing human beings, to offer me support in my healing journey.
