“🌟 I discovered this outstanding clinic through a referral from another counsellor while searching for in-person options in Vancouver. In 2025, I had the pleasure of becoming a client of Alysha Aubin, and I am immensely grateful for her unwavering kindness, support, and expertise. 🌟 Alysha has a trauma-informed approach that is incredibly nurturing, and she integrates Observed & Experiential Integration (OEI) techniques. The space at Providence Therapy is inviting and comfortable, and the complimentary Nespresso drinks are just a delightful bonus! I’m excited to visit the new location in May.”Read moreShow less

“There is no one quite like Alysha Aubin. My (now) husband and I started seeing her a few years ago for couples counselling and I still remember what she said to me in a phone consult I had prior, to make sure she felt like the right fit for us: "I'm not your counsellor or his counsellor, my client is your relationship." That sentiment—helping us navigate what is best for each of us while taking care of the other—has been invaluable. I know the work we have put in together with her has cracked our hearts wide open, given us much deeper understanding, and brought us to this beautiful place where we have since chosen to spend our lives together (legally). Our sessions are loving, playful, sometimes tough, but always, always helpful. She also has been kind enough to see me 1:1 for tough life stuff as it happened, helping me work through gucky repressed memories, job challenges, and more. Cannot say enough incredible things about this sharp, deeply empathetic, and informed woman. Highly recommend Providence!”Read moreShow less

“As a counsellor and clinic owner, I believe providence is a highly reputable and trusted therapy service in Vancouver, and I often refer to them. Christen, the clinic owner, puts an immense amount of care and effort into the hiring process, her leadership, and creating a beautiful space for clients to feel safe in. I have had friends, family members, and client referrals use their services, and all have loved it. If you have landed on this page, you are in the right place. They will not disappoint and you are about to grow beyond belief!”Read moreShow less

“By far the best practice I have been to in 25 years of therapy….i have seen 3 practitioners here for personal and couples counselling and have never felt so understood and safe. I highly recommend seeing anyone here you will be talking care of and hopefully make large strides in better understanding yourself and those around you.”Read moreShow less

“Providence Therapy has been an amazing space for me to attend counselling. All the staff members are super kind and caring, and will always exchange smiles. Dr. Watson and Kona (support dogs) are the highlights of my visits! Martina, my wonderful therapist, always brings so much insight and value to our sessions, she listens and provides a very safe environment for vulnerability. I recommended booking with her and I highly recommended Providence Therapy to anyone who is needing professional and genuine support incorporated into their life!”Read moreShow less

“My experience of Providence therapy has been nothing but wonderful. My son started seeing Alysha a few years ago for play therapy and since then, my daughter and I have both started to see her. She is compassionate, accommodating, understanding, caring, nurturing, and warm. She always makes us feel so welcome in the hectic hours of the weeknight evenings. My kids have both had great improvement with their interpersonal challenges, and I have witnessed stronger and better self esteem in them both. Alysha is helping me discover and address some of my wounds and has created such a sense of safety. We also always adore the snuggles we get from Watson!”Read moreShow less
