Highly recommend this place! After my injury, their team has been a huge part of my recovery. They take the time to explain everything, answer all your questions, and use techniques that have truly been a game changer. I’ve had physiotherapy, chiropractic care, and massage therapy here, and every experience has been excellent. 10/10! 💪🏼👏🏼💯

Shane is extremely awesome! I did spine surgery several times but didn’t fix the problem. He patiently helps me do the assessment and come up with the workable solution! He is not just a talented physiotherapist, but also a nice guy!

I've been seeing Mark for about half a year now and I highly recommend him! I started seeing him while he was still a student and could already tell he was extremely skilled at what he does, and now I regularly see him as my main RMT. He has an incredible understanding of anatomy and will identify and treat areas you didn't even realize were contributing to your pain. He also gives realistic, practical exercise recommendations for long-term care. Every session feels purposeful and tailored to what my body needs that day, and I always leave feeling a lot better! Shout-out to Jasmine as well, she is great at targeting specific problem areas and incorporating dry needling, which made a big difference.

Thanks to Prosper Health and Rehab! I was in a car accident 3 months ago and randomly found this clinic on the ICBC website. I feel so much better now. The clinical team is professional and amazing, and the front desk staff—especially Phoebe—are wonderful too. My advice: talk to the front desk about your preferences. They’ll help match you with the right person for your treatment.

What’s the reason of booking online for certain therapist and will be passed on to an associate or student? Edit for full context: At no point prior to my appointment—during online booking, confirmation, or check-in—was I informed that my appointment would be primarily conducted by a chiropractic student. There was no advance disclosure, no option to choose a licensed provider versus a student, and no consent obtained for student-led care. When I was brought into the treatment room, the student indicated that you were “in the other room and would be with us as well,” which reasonably led me to believe that you would be directly involved in the assessment and treatment. In practice, however, the student completed the full assessment and treatment independently, with no direct hands-on care from a licensed chiropractor. Despite this, I was billed the full rate for a licensed chiropractor’s appointment. This represents a mismatch between the service booked, the service delivered, and the fee charged. To be clear, my concern is not with chiropractic students or clinical education. In my experience as a patient, I have attended physiotherapy appointments where students were present in an observational or assisting role while the licensed practitioner conducted the treatment. I have also attended clinics that explicitly offer student-provided services at a clearly disclosed and reduced rate, allowing patients to make an informed decision. In this case, neither the student-led nature of care nor any pricing distinction was communicated in advance. My review was intended to highlight this lack of transparency and informed consent, which are fundamental expectations in healthcare settings

Prosper Health & Rehab offers exceptional physiotherapy services with an environment that feels both professional and inviting. The staff is organizedand friendly , the equipment is great, and every session feels well-managed and effective. Jasmine stands out as a truly skilled therapist. She knows exactly how to target the problem areas, provides clear instructions, and makes sure each exercise is done correctly. Her approach is thoughtful, caring, and highly effective. My recovery has improved significantly since starting with her. I confidently recommend Prosper and Jasmine to anyone needing reliable physiotherapy.
