“I’ve just started treatment with Taylor for a new issue, but after having such great success with her care the first time, I’m more than willing to make the 1.5 hour drive to see her. Taylor is professional, trustworthy, and always takes the time to truly listen and address my concerns. At the end of the day, it’s all about results—and I’ve seen them. “I’ve had such a positive experience with Prospect Physiotherapy. Michael has been extremely attentive, thorough, and personable when dealing with my various injuries. He is so knowledgeable and makes a huge effort to explain things during the rehabilitation journey so that you understand the anatomy behind your injury and why you are doing each exercise. “I did my post ACL/meniscus reconstruction physio here at Prospect. That facilities are beautiful and well maintained and they have all of the newest technology and equipment. All the staff are wonderful. My main physiotherapist was Mike, he was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and very thorough when making up and working through my treatment plan. Each visit would start was an assessment of how I was doing that day and then each session would be tailored accordingly to my specific needs. Mike was always able to answer all my questions and offer solutions to any issues I was experiencing. He helped me manage my pain and got me to where I wanted to be. “I have been going to physiotherapy for nearly 5 years and of all the people I have dealt with, the team at Prospect is by far the greatest. They are incredibly knowledgeable and listen to every concern you bring up, all while being kind and thorough. I have gone through injury rehabilitation with both Jess and Taylor at different times and can easily say they are the best physiotherapists I have worked with. Not only for their skill, attentiveness, and thorough quality of care, but for their attitudes about injury and their amazing company at appointments. I always look forward to my physiotherapy appointments because I know I will be helping my injury, and also will end up having a few laughs with my physio. “I have been visiting Prospect Physiotherapy for various aches and pains since it first opened its doors in November of 2021. They are an incredible team of professionals! The entire team is welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, caring and compassionate. I have been treated by both Taylor and Kayla. Taylor has gone out of her way to create a whole body program for me following my recent diagnosis of osteoporosis. The program not only focuses on weight-bearing and muscle strengthening exercises, but she designed it to offload my spine and focus on balance, posture as well as proper muscle recruitment. Kayla, the newest member of the team, has been such an asset to the clinic. She is friendly and thorough, and her knowledge and professionalism made me feel well cared for. The clinic is bright and spacious, clean, provides easy parking, and makes online booking and payment a breeze. Without a doubt, I would recommend any member of this team!
