“I had a fantastic experience seeing Dr. Peter for a bike fit. He not only got me feeling much more comfortable on the bike, but was great at explaining why he was making changes. He listened to my fitness goals and centered the fit around achieving those. I wholeheartedly recommend his services!”Read moreShow less

“The exercise class was given to me by my daughter & son-in-law. I couldn’t stop telling them how awesome it was for my “body health”! What does it do for me?: it’s a small class, 8-12 persons, in a small studio space with a mirror and a passionate instructor - with lots of experience in the field of fitness. The dynamics of the current group work well with me. It combines tai chi, physio and dynamic movement, using one’s own body weight and improving strength & mobility. It is an 8-week fitness program. After my first class, something magical happened. The pain, I had in my (R) hip for so many years, improved after, just, 2 classes, felt it was gone helping me through my week. When I continued with more classes, I saw more improvements. Having participated in classes of more than 20 individuals wasn’t the same. I highly recommend the “Seniors Strength & Mobility Program” with Peri-Lynn. I hope to inspire others “to keep moving”. One hour a week makes all the difference to loosen up the joints, and ultimately, achieving the results for overall health. Thank you, jenny kosar”Read moreShow less

“Extremely knowledgeable staff that will take great care of you. I primarily see Crystal for physio and she has solved year long problems that I thought were chronic and permanent. The level of care is fantastic and they offer various different treatments to work in concert. I have recommended this place to many friends and will continue to do so.”Read moreShow less

“I’m so grateful for Jess Harraway. This was my first appointment with her and she made a huge difference right away. I had been going to another physiotherapist at a different location for four weeks with no results, but Jess helped relieve my pain in just one visit. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares. I’ll definitely be continuing my sessions with her. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for real improvement!”Read moreShow less
