“Went to Progressive for physio needs as I unfortunately injured my knee (MCL tear). Matthew was able to attend to me and has been guiding me to rehabilitate my knee to which it is now at almost 100% recovery. Super thankful for the expertise, care and help from Matt and the team at Progressive. Highly recommend!”Read moreShow less

“Matthew is an incredible physiotherapist. He’s attentive, empathetic, and extremely knowledgeable. Recovering from a wrist fracture and surgery felt overwhelming at first, but he’s made the process feel manageable and encouraging. He knows how to challenge you while still making you feel comfortable and supported. Thanks to him, I’ve been able to regain strength and confidence and slowly get back to doing the things I love. So grateful to have had him in my corner throughout recovery. The clinic itself is clean, welcoming, and has good vibes, plus having a climbing gym attached makes it even better. Highly recommend!”Read moreShow less

“Highly recommend this clinic especially if you're a climber looking for help with both climbing related and unrelated injuries. I've been seeing Matthew for physiotherapy over the past year for multiple different injuries of varying levels(fingers, pulleys, wrist, knee, hand). He has been extremely knowledgeable and professional during each session. I appreciate that he takes the time to answer my questions to better understand the function of my muscles/ligaments which I can now visualize during the rehab exercises. The rehab exercises he provides have been helpful to get me back on the wall and feeling better than normal. Particularly during my finger and wrist injuries in the past, he has been adapting and progressing the rehab exercises as more mobility and strength come back. Which feels great for the mind and body when it takes a few months to rehab. Matthew thank you so much for your work, guidance and care throughout the last year, I really appreciate your help for getting me moving and back on the wall. Take care!”Read moreShow less
