Fantastic team from the intake to the services. Everyone feels like family and checks in with each other. Top care from Cherisse and Scott who are my regulars.

I had shoulder pain and was recommended Jane Ormiston. Also I found that she has Advanced Diploma in Shoulder Treatment. She did detail assessment identifying the cause and started treatment. She surpassed my expectations and far better than any Physio I had seen in the past. She had comprehensive treatment approach. Excellent communication skills. In few weeks I did find improvement in my shoulder. Will strongly recommend Jane.

Glad I came back to see Scott Vowels at Progress Physio. It's been awhile since I've been in as I was on a journey with back pain and sciatica. I was looking for the perfect solution, trying different modalities and seeing different people just to get some relief. Along the way I discovered many things, made some mistakes (chiropractic adjustments) and feel much more in tune with myself. Now feels like the perfect time to come back to Scott and take my recovery to the next level. I feel confident in the tools he's prescribed to me. If you're interested in fixing yourself and willing to put in work, Scott is the best IMO.

My highest recommendations. I came in with a knee injury and chronic back problems, not to mention incredibly discouraged. The first hurdle was when Scott helped me believe I could get better and set some goals to work on. I saw “progress” quickly. Within three weeks I reached my first goal and was off medication and could work on other goals. I am so pleased to have reached my current goal of getting back to running. The clinic is aptly called “Progress” Physio. With gratitude.

I have seen Scott on 2 occasions now, for different issues. I was referred by my Doctor. I'm a Personal Support Worker. So my issues are aplenty! My Doctor always forwards my assessments to Scott , ie X-rays, , etc. so that he has what he needs to treat me! My feet are full of arthritis and my fear was that I would have to retire, but Scott provided a real healing for me, and great exercises that work! We will have an ongoing recovery experience for sure! Very grateful! Thanks Scott Vowles!

Appended review Thank you for your response Scott. Unfortunately, when I called the clinic with my concerns, I said I would welcome a call back to discuss what happened. This didn’t happen. It was only when I posted my experience online that there was any attention given to the situation. I have happily moved to KTown Physiotherapy, where the initial consultation took well over an hour, included a thorough history, testing, exercises (which were demonstrated and performed by me in the office, as well as treatment. Subsequent visits with them have been of similar quality, each time focusing on my needs, with ongoing collaborative medical interventions being done through two pt specialists (including pelvic floor) chiropractic, ortho (through KOPI) as well my general practitioner. (End of append) I went to Progress PT with significant hip and groin pain in the hopes of getting some relief. I received good recommendations from other clients, however my experience was awful. I booked my appointment with the owner, Scott. I waited for over 15 minutes, and when Scott greeted me he was curt and distracted. There was no history taken, no discussion on when my symptoms started, or my previous activity level. Scott simply put me on a bed and proceeded to manipulate my legs, hip, and back in different directions. The pain was excruciating. Scott then asked me to provide resistance with my right leg, and immediately dropped it saying that I had no strength. The assessment took under 10 minutes and left me in more pain than when I arrived. Scott then printed off a number of canned exercises that were in his database. I was not shown how to do the exercises, nor was I provided any treatment for the pain. When I asked about pain and/or treatments, Scott simply said that I had used all of the allotted time for my initial assessment, and he had other clients waiting in the waiting room. He suggested I book a treatment two weeks from then, if I could get an appointment.

I visited Scott Vowles after surgery to repair my broken ankle. My goal was to recover fully as fast as I could. Scott provided amazing therapy and set up my exercises to do at home in a way that I was very challenged at first but could do them by my next visit. He is pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend Progress Physiotherapy and Scott to anyone looking for fabulous care. My ankle is totally healed, my mobility and range of motion is completely back to normal. I mostly now forget it was ever broken, and yes my time to recovery was very fast, even given the complex nature of the original break. Thank you Scott and Progress Physiotherapy.

I have suffered from neck and lower back pain for years. I have seen many different professionals with very little relief. If I did get relief it was short lived and meant I needed to return for more treatment. Scott has been successful in treating my pain, but more importantly he continues to work with me to ensure that I remain pain free. I have been pain free for over a year and maintain this with regular visits that focus on Pilates as a means to strengthen my core and relearn how to use my body to prevent injury. Scott is very attentive and will correct my movements when necessary. Scott has helped me to build core strength that has inspired me to continue the exercises at home. I am stronger, more agile and feel better than I have in many years. I strongly recommend Scott for physiotherapy. He will provide you with a holistic approach that includes diagnostic, pain relief and preventative support.

I have been receiving physiotherapy for a shoulder injury from Scott for the past 7 months. Scott is very knowledgeable. He keeps up to date with the latest techniques and treatments. He is seriously devoted to healing his patients. I feel confident that I will heal under his care. His staff is very professional and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

I began seeing Nicole when I was first diagnosed with hip osteoarthritis. My experience has been entirely positive. Her knowledge and skill were instrumental in ensuring I was physically prepared when surgery was later required. In my post surgery appointments with her she ensured that my recovery was progressing well. Her friendly demeanor created a comfortable treatment environment. Everyone I dealt with at Progress Physiotherapy was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this business.
