“Following unsuccessful treatment by other paramedical practitioners to treat debilitating pain on my right arm, back and shoulder area, I decided to get on Nicole's 2-month waitlist mainly because of the clinic's convenient location, as well as Nicole's professional designation in manual osteopathy and athletic therapy. I'm an active person and was looking for treatment that would take this into account. Most importantly, I was really impressed by the length of Nicol's painfree manual treatment (40-50 min) during my 1-hour visits. Also, the amount of home exercises were surprisingly few, manageable and easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Further, I was surprised by the low frequency of subsequent visits (3-4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks), which is unlike the frequency of follow-up visits for other paramedical treatments. Lastly, Nicole has a very friendly and professional bedside manner, which really shines through when treating children. I was so happy with the outcome of my own treatment, that I decided to bring two of my children to the clinic to be treated for their sports-related injuries. “I cannot say enough positive things about ProCare Osteopathic and Nikki. The treatment process is fascinating, ranging from alignment to organ function. Nikki is very knowledgeable, always makes me feel welcome and at ease and is good at checking in with me both during treatment and after. I can tell she really cares about her clients health and improvement. She always provides exercises for me to do at home and follows up with me to make sure A) I am doing them and B) How my body is reacting post treatment. “I was a client of Nikki’s for a period of time and had such a pleasant experience at ProCare Osteo! Both Nikki and Dennis are incredibly welcoming and professional.
