“I had massage here almost 10 years ago and the staff were amazing! I recently booked for a family member and while the staff are still incredible there is now a dog in clinic? I am a dog lover, in fact we have a Newf, but my the person I was with is not a fan! They'd never say anything but we both found it a bit inappropriate to have a dog in a setting like this. Dogs can be great in some workplaces, but they can also be unpredictable and noisy! Also, I was sneezing and had a runny nose driving home, I think it is cause of the dog. You ladies have an amazing clinic here, and the staff are so wonderful to us that I would give you 5 stars, except for the dog. “I cannot say enough about Pro Active. I go to Jess for massage ( sports ) and she is fantastic. She is very professional and knowledgeable.
