RMT Andrea Wood at ProActive has consistently been able to competently assist me. First with recovery from surgery and the effects of cancer treatments and now on a regular basis with therapeutic massage and after care advice to help relieve the pains and aches that my aging but active body produces, . I highly recommend Andrea as an RMT. She is knowledgeable, professional, skillful.

Ashley was extremely thorough, and explained everything to me and what our going forward plan would be. I felt like I was in great hands....highly recommend her.

I came for a groin/abductor tear, diagnosed by them here, for 2 months. Not worth my time or money, multiple times the injury got worse with the stretches I was given to the point that every step I took would have shooting pain. I kept on pointing to where the injury/pain was but they’d work another muscle to “release the injured one.” I brought up my concerns a few times but they stuck to their books. Multiple times too they said they’d send me stretches or update them but it would only happen half way through the week to my next appointment or not email them to me at all. Anyways I went to another physio for a 2nd opinion, confirmed the tear, they gave me workouts to strengthen it and avoided 90% of the stretches from ProActive since it was tearing my muscle more. After seeing this new clinic once I had no more pain for days! I didn’t change anything in my life and after going to the other clinic now less than a month later I’m back to playing some sports with no further injuries. This clinic may help others, but based on my personal experience, it wasn’t right for me and I won’t be returning.

This was my first time going to proactive athletic therapy. Massage therapist that I had. Andrea was excellent. Very glad I walked in the door and booked my appointment

I love ProActive .. The staff are competent and friendly. Stephanie Lowther is ah-mazing. She's quick to understand the problem and then very professionally puts an action plan in place. I would really recommend them.

If you need physio therapy, make pro active be your first and only place to go. Ashley is an amazing therapist. She explains everything and has made this old body almost young again. Thank you

We were so very happy with Proactive! They were very accommodating as they squeezed him to assess his concussion. The athletic therapist was very kind, understanding and did an excellent job doing a full assessment for my son. I will definitely be back with my three athletes in the future!

This place is amazing! Very accommodating, professional and great customer service. I’ve called a few times where nobody picked up and they called me back even though I didn’t leave a message. My daughter has been getting athletic therapy from Noemie as she was unable to run a month ago. The therapy helped get her through a very busy athletic schedule with minimal time off.

Today I received a massage from Andrea. She inquired about my issues and discomfort area which was followed by a great massage. She is very professional and I really benefit from the therapy session. I would greatly recommend Andrea and Proactive Athletic Therapy.

Booking staff are great at being flexible. RMT Sarah, I don’t want to leave a review about her because then other people will book in and that will lessen her availability. Clean, friendly, place smells great, the focus is on improving movement and health. Love it.
