“Gabby at the SensPlex location has provided phenomenal care for me since 2020. I’ve be receiving treatment for a chronic issue since 2020. “I’ve been seeing Rob Crispo at Pro Physio & Sport Medicine on Shefford Rd for over 12 years, and I can honestly say he’s the best physiotherapist I’ve ever worked with. It doesn’t matter what injury or issue you bring to him — he has an incredible ability to assess, treat, and help you heal. And on the rare occasion that something is outside his scope, he always offers knowledgeable suggestions or referrals to make sure you get the right care. His expertise, professionalism, and genuine kindness make every visit a positive experience. He listens carefully, explains things clearly, and truly cares about his patients’ well-being. “Elias is your guy if you need deep tissue work. He is professional, attentive, sharp. I had such a pleasant experience that I rebooked right away to see him again in a couple of weeks. “I had shoulder surgery in Europe and started physio there. I was a little apprehensive coming back to Canada as I did not have a physiotherapist in Ottawa. My neighbour recommended Justin, best recommendation ever. Justin is a kind, caring professional who is very in tune with his patients. He is an excellent physiotherapist and definitely knows his stuff. From my point of view he is the best there is. He got my shoulder back and mobile and I have made a full recovery. “I am not one to take the time to write a review or comment but my experience here was exceptional and it definitely deserves some recognition. I have been going to see them for years now. When ever I get a flare-up. They are very accommodating. The staff are kind, welcome, friendly Just as if you were part of the family. The massage therapist Elias Nasrallah is absolutely excellent. Love him. All of their staff including one of their physio therapist Rob Crispo is utterly amazing. He has helped me recover from multiple muscular issues. He is very skilled in acupuncture.
