“I have suffered with debilitating vertigo for close to a year. I have seen numerous health care providers across multiple disciplines including a Physio Therapist with zero positive results. Jeff worked diligently over three sessions to finally provide a lasting cure. At the first session, Jeff's confidence in his ability to cure this vertigo overcame my doubts and diagnosis from others that this was something that I may have to live with for the rest of my life. I suffered through very strong negative responses after the first two therapy sessions with Jeff, sometimes for days. To see Jeff's disappointment when subsequent testing confirmed the vertigo was still present and then his immediate adjustments to his technique and his confidence in finding a final cure inspired hope and comfort. Days after my third appointment I began to feel ok again after months and was finally hopefull we had turned a corner. The joy and excitement I saw in Jeff when he confirmed my vertigo was gone is pretty rare to see these days and proves his care, understanding, training, ability and confidence in treating vertigo patients is top notch. “I’ve been seeing Dayna for almost two years now in preparation for my knee replacement surgeries, and I can’t emphasize enough how important physiotherapy is before surgery—it truly makes a huge difference. Dayna is an incredibly hands-on physiotherapist and such a kind, caring person. She really listens and tailors her approach to your needs. After my second knee surgery, I chose to continue physiotherapy with her outside of my outpatient sessions because I found her hands-on approach delivered better results. While my second recovery was slightly different from my first, I have every intention of continuing with Dayna, as she remains optimistic that I’ll reach my goals in time. “I'm in Sudbury at the moment visiting my parents and re-injured my neck (very stiff and could hardly turn my head). I was going to wait until going back to Ottawa next week to see my physio but was in a lot of pain so decided to start physio in Sudbury. My mom is currently doing physio with Dayna for her shoulder and recommended Dayna. Dayna was excellent and really helped with getting my injury diagnosed and treatment started. There is still more physio to do when I get back to Ottawa but the two sessions I had this week have really helped me feel better and get me back on track.
