“I have been going to this Physiotherapy group for over 5 years. Initially I went for back and Knee pain MK was able get me to correct my posture provide exercises and work on my back. The results were unbelievable I used to say I feel 20 years younger after my appointments! I am currently just getting over a knee replacement; I finished my physio with the Hospital and know I have been going for physio with BK for about four weeks and have notice a huge difference in my range of motion with my new knee. With the specific exercises and the hands-on manipulation, I can feel the improvements weekly. Initially I couldn't do a full revolution on the recumbent bike but after two visits I can do 10 minutes on the bike with no issues! I highly recommend this Physiotherapy Group!”Read moreShow less

“Previous to coming to see Bhakti, I went to a very large clinic near downtown Ottawa for a previous MCL injury and they did the standard treatment which took a very long time to heal. I heard about Bhakti from a friend at the gym so I went to see her for a lagging MCL injury, and new shoulder injury. I could not sleep unless I used a roller on my leg to ease the pain. Between the treatments and exercises (homework), my MCL pain and tendon strains were gone and I have built up my knee well enough to run without issue. My shoulder was more difficult and she worked progressively through knots on muscles which affected my shoulder alignment through physio treatments and massage. My aim was to lift 30 pounds over my head without pain and I started at 7 pounds in January. In 3 months I was able to achieve my goals and no longer am restricted on doing activities I love. I achieved better results quicker with Bhakti than the much larger clinic downtown for my previous MCL issues.
