“Hands down the absolute worst experience after a traumatic experience such as a car crash, did not listen to dr referral letters because the facility is unprepared for situations to accommodate chiropractors and message, if staff or receptionist is there, many times instructed to leave early, visible on camera which points to the parking lot, in fact pain got worse over time staying with them over the course of care, this was visible by the use of cane, to which the weather being rain was to blame, lol, real funny, as well did not listen to patients, blames work when not working, does not seem to understand the human body is connected in any way shape or form, honestly I do not know how this place exsists, the vibe takes you back to the Middle Ages, perhaps prehistoric as well, very judgmental too on top of it. I myself as a member of the LGBTQIAS2+ community would not recommend to any person living, not even an exs. Do not bother on any level. I wish I did not go, will also change your schedule last minute and call old numbers on file to say they contacted you even though it is less than 24 hours of notice, lol prehistoric I guess they do not use a computer system to keep track of appointments and avoid duplicates. Honestly surprised this place exists, do not believe anything above 1 star I wish I could give a negative star for a waste of time to which another place could care.”

“Very satisfied with my physiotherapy sessions with Ananya. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and explains every exercise clearly. I started noticing improvement within a few sessions. The clinic environment is professional and welcoming, and appointments are well managed. The clinic has great facilities and a positive atmosphere. “Had persistent knee pain that wouldn't get better. Called this location and they saw me asap. They do direct billing! Met with physiotherapist and she was just so nice, friendly, and approachable. We came up with a plan and I am now no longer experiencing knee pain, and have learned so much about my body and how to care for it. Highly recommend this location and their whole lovely team - great people!!”

“I suffered an injury at work and a doctor told me I had to see a physiotherapist. With no idea on the process or what to do, I walked into Pro Physio & Sport Medicine Centers Conroy and explained my situation and they welcomed me right away and helped me get set up for my first appointment. Everyone in the clinic is very friendly and caring. They helped me understand my injury and how to care for it at home and work. The treatments were all very helpful and helped me with exercises that were kept simple with improvement to gain back strength with each visit. I looked forward to my appointments each week and seeing everyone there. The place itself is very clean, calm, and relaxing. At the end of my treatment, I recovered very well and would go back for any future needs of physio. I highly recommend this place!”

Our physiotherapist Neha was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly—from the root of our issues to the treatment plan. Each session was tailored to our needs, and we saw real progress week by week. Dharti, our new physiotherapist, replaced Neha for our last 6 weeks and she was exceptional. Their assistant, Vaishvi was so great, professional and showed much kindness to my wife and I. We are forever grateful. The clinic itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a calm, encouraging atmosphere. Thanks to Marija for all her kindness. She really has the clients interest at heart!
