“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t thank Deepika enough for helping me recover from one of the worst episodes of back pain I’ve ever experienced. I could barely bend forward, stand comfortably, or even imagine playing cricket again. After just one session, she quickly identified the root cause, used the right hands-on treatment techniques, and explained simple exercises that made a huge difference. What truly impressed me was her expertise, patience, and confidence. She didn’t just treat the pain—she gave me the knowledge and reassurance I needed to recover properly. “Been a long term benefactor of multiple services from Pro-Medic Clinic. Initially consulted Deepika regarding a work related injury and since a regular user of their physio and massage services. Recently, receiving RMT services from Chris who has done wonders for my legs and shoulders. Recent physiotherapy from Deepika has helped me with rapid healing of my injuries. All the staff have been attentive, supportive and accommodating of my various requests at different times throughout the years and helpful with recommendations. “Pro Medic is my go-to physiotherapy clinic! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I’ve been seeing Cheetana for physiotherapy, and she’s the best, knowledgeable, caring. I also see Sophie for acupuncture, and she’s absolutely amazing. She’s professional, gentle, and always makes me feel comfortable during my treatments. The clinic itself is clean, organized, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I always have a great experience every time I visit. “I came across Pro-Medic Health clinic along the bus stop and since I wanted to have a massage for body ache I booked an appointment. Charles was assigned to me, he was a wonderful massage therapist. He has gentle hands that makes my therapy comfortable for whole sessions I had with him. He was also helpful and taught me how to do some exercise at home. “I would like to thank Deepika for helping me with my severe sciatic pain. She truly has magic in her hands. My sciatic pain started suddenly, and it was very painful. A friend first recommended a physiotherapist. I attended a few sessions, but I did not feel much better. Then I tried acupuncture, which helped for a short time, but the pain came back. After that, I saw a chiropractor and underwent spinal decompression therapy, but that did not help either. I was very frustrated. I could not sit comfortably, and sleeping was also very difficult. Then my cousin referred me to Deepika. When I spoke with her and explained my condition, she confidently said, I will fix it for you. And she was right. By the second session, I was already feeling much better. After a few more sessions and following the home exercises she recommended, I now feel almost 80-90% better. Deepika is very kind, caring, and knowledgeable. She listens carefully, understands the problem, and provides the right treatment. The reception staff are also friendly and accommodating. “I was badly looking for RMT and they were able to accommodate me with short notice. Charles RMT is professional, easy to talk to, and adjusts well to your needs. I also had Physiotherapy services with Deepika, Damini and Chetana during my pregnancy and postnatal. Just tell them your issues and they will directly target and focus on your treatment and overall wellness. They are gentle, considerate and explain well about your condition and the treatment plans. The firecupping service is also good. Overall their team is great and not only effective but efficient. Plus you get to hang around with their cute dog around the clinic. “I’ve been coming here for a while now and honestly, it’s been such a great experience every single time. I usually book with Mihir for physio, Charles for RMT, and Sophie for acupuncture. I can’t say enough good things about all three. They really take the time to understand what’s going on with your body instead of rushing through appointments. You never feel like “just another client.” Mihir has been super helpful with recovery and actually explains what’s happening and why, which I really appreciate. Charles somehow always finds the exact spots that need work (even the ones you didn’t know were an issue 😅), and Sophie’s acupuncture sessions are incredibly calming and effective. You can tell they genuinely care about helping you feel better, not just getting you in and out.
