“Nice building and very pleasant staff. The reasons for the 3 star review are as follows: - No receptionist. To inquire about an appointment you have to leave a voicemail and rarely receive a call back. - I was seeing a massage therapist twice monthly for almost a year. They decided to stop doing deep tissue massages "which is completely understandable, they are straining" but they never gave me a heads up so I could find a new massage therapist. They just wouldn't allow me to book a new appointment. Now I'm left scrambling trying to find a new massage therapist. - A fellow veteran was visiting from out of area. They were having back issues and I highly recommended this business. My friend said he left multiple voicemails and was never contacted for an appointment. I felt bad because I was the one who recommended this place while he could have spent the past week trying to get in to another business that would actually book him in.”
