“Dr. Jung Jacobs is truly a cut above the rest. It’s becoming increasingly rare to meet someone with such dedication and mastery of her craft. Through her approach, it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their concerns, working to develop treatment plans that are both effective and achievable. I began seeing her for traditional Chinese acupuncture in February 2026 to help treat hand tremors that I’ve been dealing with for most of my life. After about 3-4 months of consistent treatment, my tremors improved dramatically. Now, my hands rarely shake, if at all - something I honestly didn’t think was possible. “I had been enduring shoulder pain and hand numbness for years. Regular Thai massages would give me some relief, but it usually only lasted a few days. Eventually, I decided to try acupuncture for the first time. I was a little nervous about the needles, but Dr. Jung made the entire experience comfortable and relaxing. To my surprise, the treatment was virtually painless. After just two sessions, I experienced significant relief from my shoulder pain and hand numbness. “Not able to post two separate reviews; so I will add that both Rahim and Lindsay are equally amazing! Rahim is absolutely fantastic! Very professional and excellent for sports massage. The exact same can be said for Lindsay. Lindsay is also 100% fantastic and outstanding with sports massage. “It's such a treat to get massages here! I feel light and very relaxed (I hold lots of tension in my neck, shoulders and back). The redlight / infrared light therapy bed is bonus with each appointment, but the REAL gems are Jung and Norm. They are such friendly and caring people, who remember the little things. “I have been seeing Dr. Gena Boris for chiro for years! Whenever I see her - my hip pain is relieved. Before my knee replacement surgery - her adjustments kept me in little pain and since my recent knee replacement surgery & her chiro adjustments - my entire leg hasn't felt this great in years! “I have been seeing Jung for a few years now for several issues, and she is one of a kind. She, and all the staff at Primo, go above and beyond to make their clients feel welcome and cared for.
