“Excellent experience with Ruel. I was dealing with a repetitive strain injury through a WCB claim, and the entire process was seamless because of how amazing this clinic is. They are incredibly knowledgeable and well-educated in handling WCB procedures, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. ​Ruel's highly skilled, thorough, and very clear when explaining recovery exercises. Their massage therapist Michelle is amaIng as well. On top of the incredible care, all of the girls who work there are absolutely amazing and friendly. From the moment you walk in until the time you leave, they make you feel so comfortable—always smiling, singing, and just being amazing. ​I’ve noticed a significant improvement since starting my treatment here. “Love this place! Riuel, the physiotherapist is very professional, he focused first on my bad knees and 2 weeks after he focused on my plantar fasciitis, this is the best place for this foot condition.. and that was not the end of it, Ruel gave me some exercise tips printed out and demonstrated which I ‘m constantly doing it at home and that mede me feel better👍 The massage therapist, Michelle, who is genuinely talented on giving pressure to my affected body areas really helped on healing process. This is the place for right physio treatments and right massage for healing and relaxation, I really recommend this place! Kudos to Prime Physiotherapy❤️❤️❤️”

“I had a great experience with Prime Physio, after my accident, Kuya Ruel and Michelle were very helpful throughout my recovery. They really took care of my neck and lower back pain and made me feel comfortable during every session, the neck equipment, including neck tension machine was nice and updated. “Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to heal. I've chosen a non surgical route of healing a meniscus tear and the entire staff here has been on my team since day one. In just weeks of going 2 days per week im back to walking again without a brace. I owe the staff a huge thanks for the support they have given me and the knowledge on what excersizes I can do at home to continue my healing. I've been to multiple physio clinics in my life and prime physio is the only one I will happily return to for any healing I need.”

“I cannot praise this place enough. From massage to physio they will take care of your needs. From my back pain I've had all year, my plantar fascitis, my headaches from my neck tension. They will do what they need to help get you feeling better! I've gone to other places where they do a quick assessment and minor exercises then send you on your way and I don't feel any better when leaving. This place does not do that. Highly recommend.”
