“I recently moved to the Mission Flats and had the pleasure of being shown a unit by Scott. The booking schedule for viewings was very accommodating and allowed for weekend bookings, which was the only time I was available. After deciding on an apartment, Scott informed me that the unit would be losing the carpets for vinyl planks and he was able to switch me to a better unit at the same price so I could have a unit with carpet! The application process was straightforward and their willingness to accommodate my needs and preferences was an amazing introduction to the world of renting. After getting the unit I did my move-in inspection with Jay and he was very thorough and explained everything I needed to know perfectly. he even co-ordinated with Kenrick, the building assistant manager, to get me a new part for an appliance that I mentioned the same day! Overall a very good experience thus far and I look forward to renting here for the forseeable future.”

“We recently moved in and had an amazing experience working with Scott throughout the leasing & application process. We were working in a very short time frame and Scott’s demeanour, quick communication and support every step of the way was so appreciated. Scott took time to show us around, he was thorough, and made sure all questions were answered. The location is great, we are close to everything, without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Svitlana went through our until thoroughly for our move in and when we noticed the front door was not shutting properly we had our door looked at and fixed immediately. Our time here has been lovely so far. Thanks Scott for making the move a great one!!!”

“There is a numerous amount of reasons why I am giving this place a 1 star rating. One of them being how the staff handles issues. I have emailed multiple times about a cat in the hallway unsupervised and off leash without the issue being solved. I went to talk to Svitlana the site administrator and she was not helpful at all. While I was being brave and giving reasons to why this is unsafe (the cat has gotten into my unit before and I have a dog) she was smiling and not taking me seriously at all. She told me I need to compromise, but didn’t state that the other tenants have to. She then proceeded to try to make me feel bad by saying “what if you were a cat” I told her that so many awesome tenants harness their cats or take them in backpacks/strollers. I hope my concern is taken seriously for the safety of other animals and tenants. The other reasons include a lack of updating tenants on rules that have changed. The rules were that no dogs could be on 4th floor, which lead to me being harassed by a neighbour who didn’t know the rules are different and allow dogs now. Also the lack of cleaning in and around the building for the price you pay is wild. The maintenance times are very long, it took a week to get an elevator fixed and a week to get the front door fixed as the fobs weren’t working. I’ve known multiple people who have moved out of these units and now I have experienced why.”

“Recently went through the application and leasing process. Scott was very quick to respond to my inquiries, answered my questions and set viewings in a timely manner. The application process was really easy and quick. Building management is quick to respond to questions/concerns and communicates well if there are things happening in the building (ie. elevator maintenance) and giving notice for things going on around the property (ie. reserving a garden box). The area is walkable and close to all the important amenities. It’s a good location. They take security and safety seriously which is appreciated. On inspection there was a floorboard needing to be replaced and that was arranged and completed within a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate the floor plans in these buildings and find it to have ample space. I appreciate the amenities this property has to offer as well and look forward to warmer weather for us to enjoy the spacious patio! Glad to be living here”
