“the new doctor after dr. Chung charged my father 200 dollers for a public domain YouTube video for his back pain.”

“In the last month, the receptionists at this office have: • lost my ECT referral form • lied to me multiple days in a row about submitting a prescription refill that had not been submitted • also lied to my psychiatrist about desperately needing to be contacted and was left in a vulnerable place when they knew I was already suffering. My appointment was missed Friday after tapering off sleep meds the Tuesday before, I was left without all my sleep meds and got 11 hours of sleep in 5 days. I called and called and left voicemail upon voicemail asking to be called by my psychiatrist and they didn’t not pass on the message. Ella even told me that my psychiatrist would call me back. In reality, I spoke to my psychiatrist today and she explicitly asked the receptionists if I had asked to be contacted, they said “no”, which is onion layers of unprofessional, and a lack of concern for patient care - they actually interfered with patient care. Shout out to the receptionist with the accent, who for lack of better words, screws up everything. There are too many instances to count or try to list, but the prescription refill was one of them. Ella only sounds nice on the phone. She directly interfered with my care and that’s not something that a nice person would do. This office is disorganized and careless. If you struggle with mental health - I would not recommend going here.”Read moreShow less

“Made an appointment. I was told to come in for 830. Driving from Mississauga to Milton. Had to take a day off from work to make this appointment on an ankle I can barely walk on. Get there and told my appointment was for 8am. I was told 830 and wrote it down immediately and saved it on my cell calendar. Nobody could see me for even 10 mins. Absolutely annoyed because of the lack of consideration for my time. The next appointment I want it sent to me in an email. Total waste of my personal and work time off. Booked an entire shift off for nothing and the Dr wasn't interested in helping at all.”Read moreShow less

“The Receptionits are ignorant, ùseless, rude cows! Check in at their desk when you arrive or you wo not be seen. Although I booked my appt for 3:10 and I arrived at 2:50, my name wasn't called for the longest time so I went to the desk to see what was going on. These bitchy cows said you have missed your appt because you didn't check in. I said why wasn't my name called? They said we don't do that. Lazy, arrogant bit#hes.”Read moreShow less

“Love seeing Nurse Practitioner Dr. Kari! You can really tell how devoted he is to his patients’ care. He’s incredibly thorough with his communication and always asks thoughtful questions. It makes you feel seen, heard, and well taken care of every time.”

“The nurse practitioners here are great, I have had wonderful experiences with them. This review is for the receptionists. I have been told (quite rudely) in the past to sit down and wait and someone will call me, rather than checking in upon arrival. So at my last appointment I walked in, made eye contact and smiled at both receptionists, and sat down directly across from them. I arrived 1 minute before my appointment and was the only one there. Both receptionists looked at me multiple times. After 20minutes I asked if there was time to grab my toddler more snacks. Immediately both of them rudely stated that they didn't know who I was, how could I not check in, and I said would have to reschedule. I had a double appointment booked and asked if I could just do the 2nd one. The receptionist said she would ask the nurse. She did so WITHOUT asking me my name, proving that they DID, in fact, know who i was. They were just purposefully being nasty by ignoring me while I waited. A simple "please check in" while I waited for 20-minutes directly in front of them would have prevented this issue.”Read moreShow less

“I am a patient of Dr. Yudin's and I tell folks all the time how lucky we are to be under Prime Care. Dr. Yudin has always been lovely and accommodating along with the receptionists and nurses. If Yudin is not available, I am able to see a nurse practitioner. The system has always worked well for me. I saw her just today at a moment's notice, and they got me in. Thank you to all the staff for caring so well for my family.”Read moreShow less

“My family has been a patient of Dr. Malec’s for years, they have always raved about her and how great of a family doctor she is. My grandmother has been complaining of back pain for over 6 months. Long story short after many requests of a CT scan she refused over and over. The pain got so bad she is now admitted to the hospital with Multiple Myeloma, undergoing many tests. All I can think about is the damage that has been done and the treatments that she could have already been receiving if it wasn’t for her negligence as a doctor. When we tell the doctors in Milton hospital about this they are in disbelief and disgust of how she was so dismissive of my grandmothers health. DO NOT RECOMMEND”Read moreShow less
