“I had a wonderful experience today. Taylor did an amazing job with my layered haircut. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The haircut turned out beautiful, and I absolutely love how the layers frame my face. Madoka did my gel manicure, and she was fantastic. She paid great attention to detail, was very gentle, and made sure everything looked perfect. My nails turned out gorgeous, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you both for your excellent work and for making my visit such a pleasant experience.”

“I’ve been coming to Prep every summer for my lash and brow upkeep and this was my first time with Maryna for a YUMI lash lift and brow lamination. I’m very happy with the results. “I’ve been going to Rosie for lashes for years and she nails it every time, giving me the perfect look that I want for every occasion. My lashes last for weeks and I’ve gone on vacation with them, tumbling in the waves and rubbing my eyes for 2 weeks and they still looked perfect! She’s so fast and has such a gentle hand that you barely feel anything and the appointment goes by so quick. I can always trust her for an enjoyable session, and feel like a new person after”

“I had such a great experience with Arina! I showed her a reference photo, and she perfectly matched the shades and helped me choose the right coloring technique. The result turned out exactly how I wanted. She also gave me a beautiful layered (cascade) haircut that adds movement and shape, and the styling was absolutely gorgeous. I left feeling so confident and happy with my hair. Highly recommend Arina if you’re in Vancouver - I will definitely be coming back!”

“Madoka, a long-time nail technician at Prep, is the best nail artist I’ve ever been to. Her attention to detail is incredible. She notices things others would miss, and she doesn’t stop until everything is perfect. What makes Madoka truly stand out is her exceptional skill and background as a trained artist (she's gone to school for it!). The precision, creativity, and skill in her work are incredible, and every set feels like wearable art. I have gone to Madoka for nails for several years and I recommend her to everyone I know. Madoka is also just an all around kind and generous human, and sitting with her while she does her craft is always a treat. She’s a gem, and I feel lucky to have found her! (also attached some photos of some beautiful sets that she's done over the years - this is just the tip of the iceberg!!)”
