“Lindsay is very knowledgeable and really explains the minutiae of what is happening with your body. What I like best is how active she is during the sessions with active release, dry needling, and exercises. I've seen too many physios that just visualize instead of manually feeling what's going on. Also she sends the exercises to you after your appointment which helps if you are super forgetful like me or afraid you are doing them wrong in the first place. The best therapist I've seen. “I received treatment from Lindsay two years ago, but she left such a good impression I still want to write a review after all this time. I highly recommend her. I had some pain in my back (it was so bad that it was keeping me up at night) and she diagnosed the problem as muscular and quickly put my mind at ease. She is extremely knowledgable and her treatment and exercise plan absolutely worked. On top of that, after just two sessions with her, I felt more informed and less afraid of all the little aches and pains that come up every once in a while. I only spend a couple months a year in the area, but if I lived in or around Invermere, I would definitely seek out Lindsay's expertise more often.”Read moreShow less

“Could not reccomend higher, she went above and beyond, coming in to meet me when she was closed for the Christmas holidays (with 15 minutes notice). Really thorough in diagnosing issues, and super friendly to chat with.”
