“Vas the most highly skilled high performance athlete physiotherapist/injury prevention coach in the GTA. He is truly a savant blessed with vast knowledge and a healing gift. His intense therapy on my knee allowed my torn meniscus to heal fully allowing me to avoid surgery. His advice regarding prevention and coaching on stretching and improving my running technique were so insightful and so helpful that I have been jogging and running for 3 years since he finished treated me with no further problems with my knee. If your current physio program does not seem to be helping or is not fully repairing your injury I highly recommend seeing Vas. He is on another level.”
