“They are very welcoming and caring. Xavier, as a physiotherapist, and Robin, as a chiropractor, have both been incredibly helpful, honest, and supportive throughout my care. I have also had the opportunity to see Jenna for massage therapy. Even after my first appointment, she helped relieve muscle tension and loosen some of the knots in my body. I felt much better afterward and am looking forward to seeing her again. I appreciate healthcare professionals who are honest with their patients and take the time to help them grow, heal, and improve their quality of life. Their guidance, care, and encouragement have made a positive difference for me. “Both my mom and I are attending physiotherapy after our car accident, and we’ve had an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the warm, friendly atmosphere created by everyone — starting right at the front desk. From our very first appointments, our therapists, Pankaj and Xavier, along with their amazing assistants Megan and Isabela, took the time to understand our concerns and outline a clear, personalized recovery plan, explaining everything in a way that made us feel informed and supported. Both Pankaj’s and Xavier’s teams checked in regularly about pain levels, progress, and comfort, adjusting treatments whenever needed. We never felt rushed, and they made the entire process feel less intimidating. Their knowledge, compassion, and genuine investment in their clients’ recovery is really outstanding, no matter if you came as a private client or through the insurance. The home exercises were simple, effective, and easy to follow. Scheduling was excellent and very accommodating, with helpful email and text reminders for appointments. This is, without question, the best physiotherapy clinic we’ve ever experienced, and we couldn’t recommend it more. We will definitely be returning clients Also, it was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor, and Dr. Robin immediately put me at ease and made me feel completely confident in her care. “I’m so happy I found Dr. Robin Meisner! She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. “I had a great experience at Preferred Rehab Physiotherapy. John and Ava did an excellent job helping me recover from my shoulder injury. Over the past 8 weeks, every visit has been productive, with new exercises introduced to strengthen my shoulder and support my progress. “My start to receiving physiotherapy to treat chronic back pain started about a year ago with therapy from the amazing Karolina (physiotherapist) and her awesome assistant Tia. Tia eventually moved on to finish her education and now Karolina has another awesome assistant Corinne. All three of these amazing ladies have helped me in lots of ways. I’m not the best patient (only in that I don’t book as often as would be beneficial for myself) due to my own anxiety. All three of these women have respected this and me and have put my anxiety at ease. They are kind, considerate and so empathetic. This is only surpassed by their knowledge in the treatment of pain. I leave each session with so much less pain and feeling great. I know some people (I’ve worked in different family doctors offices for over 25 years) don’t reach out for a hands on treatment approach to injuries and pain because of anxiety. But you need to know finding the right therapist will not only ease your pain and movement abilities it will, as well, alleviate some of your anxieties. I can not more highly recommend Karolina Godwinska and the whole team really at Preferred Rehab for their professionalism, caring and kind ways. The knowledge they have is amazing. From the wonderful team at the desk to the physiotherapists and the assistants. If you need treatment I highly recommend reaching out to the team at AMG Physiotherapy and ask to book with Karolina.
