“Nishanth has done wonders for my dizziness. He pinpointed the source and knew exactly what I was feeling using his experience. I have also paired my treatment with Aharon, massage therapist, who has worked on the same problem areas to release tension. “I have been having an excellent experience at this physiotherapy office. Nishanth is truly outstanding, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thorough in his approach. He takes the time to carefully assess, explain everything in a way that is easy to understand, and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations. What really stands out to me is how attentive he is. He genuinely listens and makes you feel heard and supported throughout the entire process. His level of skill, experience, and dedication is evident in every session, and I have already noticed meaningful progress in my recovery. The entire team is just as impressive. The office is clean, well organized, and runs efficiently, which makes every visit smooth and stress free. The staff are welcoming, professional, and always willing to help, creating a positive and comfortable environment from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about their patients’ recovery and overall experience. “I cannot recommend Precision Physio enough! I had been suffering from persistent shoulder pain for quite some time and visited multiple doctors and healthcare professionals without getting a clear answer or lasting relief. When I came to Precision Physio, Nishant took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and was able to identify the actual root cause of the problem. His expertise, attention to detail, and personalized treatment plan made a huge difference. After following his guidance and treatment, my shoulder pain has completely resolved. I no longer experience the pain or pinching sensation in my shoulder joint that had been bothering me for so long. A special thanks as well to Niv at the front desk, who was always welcoming, professional, and accommodating with appointments. The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. “My brothers had gone here previously for their separate knee physio, with Ben. I decided to try it out, and was very unhappy. The new clinic (no longer Ben’s) is very disorganized, and operating poorly. I was diagnosed with patellar tendinitis, and then was told I likely had arthritis and to go get a rheumatoid arthritis workup from my doctor. Keep in mind I am 23 years old and came in for new onset knee pain. They also tried to sell me a $350 knee brace at my first appointment, which is ridiculous. They forced me to sign up for 7-weeks of 3x a week appointments. The PT assistant brought in the wrong thing (a cooling pad) 3 times, and the PT herself was very hard to understand and communicate with. After seeing my family doctor, and a chiropractor I see for something else both reassured me and told me I’d feel better in a couple of weeks with some exercises, ice massage, and Ibuprofen if needed. Do not recommend. Update: the clinical manager reached out and we discussed what happened and he apologized and made action steps to improve for future patients. “I have had a great experience at Precision Physiotherapy! I went in with persistent, chronic sciatica pain and from my very first session I felt cared for and listened to. The intake was extremely thorough and they found issues that I had been living with for so long that I didn’t even realize were issues. The entire team is very friendly, professional, and good at what they do. The therapists answered every question I’ve asked and always make sure that I understand my treatment plan. “I highly recommend Precision Physiotherapy in Ancaster! This was my first experience with physiotherapy, and I’m extremely impressed. My physiotherapist, Nawshin Lina, has been absolutely amazing and perfectly suited to my needs. Everyone at the clinic is so kind, welcoming, supportive, and respectful. The initial assessment was very thorough, and they were incredibly patient throughout the process. Every session has gone really well, and I’m already seeing significant improvement.
