“Words cannot express how grateful and happy I am with not only my results of my lip filler, but with having the opportunity to have met Carolyn. Carolyn is absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She is very trusting and provides a very safe environment which in turn, for me, makes me feel heard and not dismissed, regarding my concerns. She is a beautiful person inside and out. Carolyn is very genuine and nonjudgmental, and I am grateful to have met her because it’s very hard to find non-judgmental and non-genuine people these days . I am looking forward to continuing my visits with Carolyn, and expanding the services I will be using. I would recommend Carolyn and her team 110%. Everyone is very welcoming and extremely friendly. “I had an amazing experience at Precision Academy for my Botox treatment with Bonny and Carolyn. They were both incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The studio itself was immaculate clean, welcoming, and professional. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. “I recently went to Carolyn to have Botox done before my wedding. She is simply the best at what she does and I can fully trust that she will make me look my very best. She is super knowledgeable and great at taking in my concerns and explaining the plan before going ahead. She is also super accommodating and was able to squeeze me in under short notice and the post Botox follow up really makes me feel like I'm in good hands. “I recently had Botox with Carolyn at Precision Academy, and I genuinely can't say enough wonderful things about my experience! I've been getting Botox regularly for over 5 years and have visited numerous clinics and estheticians across Calgary, but this was hands-down the best experience and result I've ever had. Carolyn is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but she's also exceptionally personable. She made me feel completely comfortable discussing my past Botox concerns—like heavy brows or hooded eyelids—and thoroughly explained what caused them. Her detailed explanations and ease in answering my questions made it immediately evident that I was in great hands. One thing that really stood out was how much follow-up care they provide. Over the two weeks after my appointment, I received thoughtful text check-ins to ensure everything was progressing perfectly. What impressed me even more was that as a first-time client, they didn't accept any payment until my Botox had fully settled and I confirmed that I was completely happy with it. They were ready to adjust anything if needed, but my results were amazing—super natural and exactly what I wanted. The biggest highlight for me was the professional yet very genuine atmosphere Carolyn creates. I never felt rushed; she encouraged all of my questions, making the entire appointment feel relaxed and tailored specifically to my needs.
