“I booked an appointment as a new customer months in advance, only to have it canceled just 13 days before the scheduled date—without any follow-up, rescheduling, or next available appointment offered. Their communication is abysmal; they rarely answer calls, and emails take weeks to get a response, if at all. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. “These RMT always cancel day of/hours before your appointment. Not great when you wait months to be seen. This has happened to me 3+ times now. Changing establishments now at this point.”

“SM -RMT, all the best if you book with this person. She will accept you for the session and she will cancel it an hour before the session is scheduled. Or she will be 15-20 mins late and you have to wait outside as the doors are locked. It happened twice to us -very poor service.”Read moreShow less

“I have been using Eric for a while, and he changed my mentality on what massages are. They are not just a way to relax. They can be rehabilitative. I exercise quite often (3-5 days a week) and tear my muscles a lot. Eric has been able to keep me going and always gets rid of my pain by the end of the session.
